PARTY ROOM
Private room exclusively for your group with tables, chairs and two Nintendo Switches loaded with titles. Exclusive arcade games.
ARCADE TIME
Full access to the arcade for the entire duration of your event. Includes all games in the arcade with no restriction or extra cost.
FREE PLAY
All games on FREE PLAY. Guests pick any game they would like to play and press start as many times as they like!
FOOD
You can bring whatever food or drinks (including ice chests or coolers) you would like. Sorry we DO NOT allow alcohol.

PRICING
We have a NO spectator policy for party room events.
Please include everyone attending your event. Playing or not.
If you do not want to book online you can always book in person
at the arcade during our normal business hours

Here are some answers to some common questions we get about hosting a party at Retrovolt.

HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOULD BOOK FOR?
We completely understand that its sometimes difficult to know exactly how many people will attend your party. A good rule of thumb is to book as close to that number as you can.
For example : If you think you might have 20 guests. Book for 15. If you think you might have 30 book for 25. We can add extra guests on the day.
Please do not book for 15 and arrive in the day with 58 guests – it may be difficult for us to accommodate you. Seriously, this has happened 🙂
WHAT IF I OVERBOOK?
If you book too many people, we will ALWAYS refund your unused additional guest slots.
For example: if you book for 25 and only 20 guests arrive you will be refunded for 5 guests.
Please note. That our base price of $250 for 15 people always remains the same even if you have less than 15 guests.
HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE TO SET UP?
We give our party hosts and a couple of helpers 15 minutes before their start time to come in and setup.
WHAT FOOD CAN I BRING?
You can bring any food at all. The only thing we cannot have on site is alcohol.
Most parties bring pizzas, sodas, juice and water. You can also bring a cooler / ice chest for storage.
CaN YOU RECCOMEND A PIZZA PLACE?
We have NO affiliation with any Pizza place.
I would always suggest that you take a look around locally. Dominos is across the street and often has deals. NY Pizzeria is right next door. Little Cesars is super budget friendly!
Please believe me when I tell you we throw away a LOT of pizza!
DO YOU PROVIDE TABLE CLOTHS?
Yes! We also provide tables and chairs.
The room will be set up as shown in the video on this page.
We can provide a few extra chairs, but we do not have extra tables. You are welcome to bring additional tables, although in our experience they often go unused. If you bring them, we will happily help you set them up.
DO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO STORE FOOD?
No.
We do not offer any kind of storage, refrigeration or heating for food.
GAMES
All of our arcade games and pinball machines are set to Free Play.
Your party includes full access to the arcade for the duration of your event.
No tokens, no quarters and no swipe cards.
Pick a game and press play.
