👾Part-Time Desk Clerk 👾
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join us at Retrovolt Arcade!
Position: Part Time Desk Clerk
⏰ 2 Shifts to start. 4pm-11pm One Weekday (TBD) and Saturday
🗓️ Ability to cover extra shifts when available.
💰 Starts at $17/hour
What We’re Looking For:
🗓️ Availability to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays
😊 Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
⭐ Excellent customer service skills — you’re patient, attentive, and enjoy helping others
📋 Solid organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage daily responsibilities
🧼 A detail-oriented mindset and pride in keeping the front desk area clean and presentable
🕹️ A passion for retro video games and arcade culture is a big plus!
🛎️ Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required

🎉 Greet guests with a warm, positive attitude and make them feel right at home
💳 Handle admissions, process payments, and assist with reservations and check-ins
🧼 Help keep the arcade clean, safe, and looking great for all visitors
🕹️ Wipe down arcade machines and surfaces regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
🛠️ Keep an eye on the arcade floor—report or assist with any machine issues
🎮 Foster a lively and engaging environment that adds to the fun
🙋♀️ Respond to guest questions or concerns with excellent service and care
🤝 Work closely with the team to ensure every guest has an awesome experience
