🎯 Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to create a welcoming environment.
🎯 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
🎯 Detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
🎯 Passionate gamers with knowledge of retro video games and arcade culture is a plus.
🎯 Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

✅ Process payments, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in/out process.
✅ Maintain a clean, fun and safe environment.
✅ Monitor the arcade floor, ensuring machines are operational and well-maintained.
✅ Create a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests.
✅ Handle customer concerns and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Collaborate with the Retrovolt team to enhance the overall arcade experience.
