We have a no spectator policy. Please include everyone that will be attending the party in any capacity (playing or not) at checkout. Additional guests that arrive on the day will be charged $10 each.

Retrovolt parties start at $250 and are designed for 15 people.  If you have less than 15 people, the base price remains the same.

Have more than 15 guests? You can add more guests at the final booking menu. Simply select ‘add guest’ from the drop down menu and select the number of additional guests you would like. Additional guests over the 15 are charged at $10 each!

The party room can comfortably accommodate 20-25 guests. You are more than welcome to book more guest if you like (up to 60 maximum) but please be aware of the room size restraints.

Parties can be booked with as little as 24 hours notice to up to a year in advance! You can also book any day of the week outside of our normal hours of operation. 

We provide an additional 15 minutes  before your booked time to setup decorations and/or food. This time is provided as a courtesy and is free of charge. This time is provided for the host and 1 other helper only to set up any decorations / food for your party.

Terms and Conditions

– If YOU cancel prior to 7 days of your event. There will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price.

– If YOU Cancel less than 7 days of the event your booking will not be refundable. 

– If WE (Retrovolt) have to cancel at anytime, you will receive a full refund.
