Party Pricing: Retrovolt parties start at $250 for 15 people. If fewer than 15 people come, the price stays the same.

More Than 15 Guests? You can add more guests when you book your party. Just choose “add guest” from the menu and select how many extra guests you want. Each extra guest over 15 is $10.

Extra Guests: If more guests come on the day of the party, there will be a $10 charge for each extra person.

Booking Time: You can book a party as soon as 24 hours ahead or up to a year in advance! You can even book outside our normal hours. For example, if you book on a Tuesday night, the whole place will be just for your party since we’re closed to the public. (That’s a cool little trick, but don’t tell anyone 😉)

Setup Time: We give you 15 extra minutes before your party starts to set up decorations or food, for free! This extra time is for the host and one helper to get everything ready.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel more than 7 days before your party, there’s a 25% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your party, we can’t give a refund.
• If we (Retrovolt) have to cancel for any reason, you’ll get a full refund.
