Party Pricing :
Retrovolt parties start at $250 for up to 15 guests. The price remains the same even if fewer people attend.
Additional Guests :
Hosting more than 15 guests? Extra guests can be added at checkout when booking. If additional guests arrive on the day of the party, they will be charged the relevant additional guest fee.
Booking Availability :
Booking Time: You can book a party as soon as 24 hours ahead or up to a year in advance!
Spectator Policy :
To keep things fun and safe for everyone, all guests must be counted, whether they are playing or not. This includes any guests who will be watching or observing the event.
Setup & Cleanup :
You’ll receive 15 extra minutes before your party to set up decorations or food—free of charge! Only the party host and helpers may enter early to prepare.
Once your party is over, we’ll handle the cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy the fun!
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel more than 7 days before your party? A 25% cancellation fee applies.
Cancel within 7 days? Sorry no refunds.
If Retrovolt cancels? You’ll receive a full refund.
